They won’t deactivate you over drowsy driving. I’d be way more concerned with the 9% cancellation rate and the 4.68 rating.

I would ask for a hearing and proof you were ok. It’s not against the law to yawn!!! This is the part that I hate entitles customers make assumptions and regardless of how long you’ve been loyal with them they will always believe the customer!

I got one of these for dropping the customer off too far from his destination. I literally dropped him off at the corner right across the street from his destination. These entitled fools must think we out here making 100s of thousands of dollars. I wouldnt even worry about it but I would worry about getting that rating up.

Rider ratings are the riders perception of what happened. It doesn't mean its true or not. I once got two for drowsy driving in the same day. Stayed out too late finishing a quest. Didn't get deactivated, just got a notice- but I did learn to cut off earlier and never got it again.
